This cafe is such a gem—super aesthetically pleasing with a cozy, inviting vibe that makes you want to stay a while. From the moment we walked in, the experience was smooth. We were promptly seated and offered a refreshing cup of water right away, no waiting around awkwardly. The staff was attentive but never intrusive, checking in on us regularly while we waited for the rest of our party of five to arrive, which I really appreciated. When it came to the food, we leaned heavily into the waffles, which are definitely on the pricier side at around 15 after tax, but honestly worth it for the quantity, quality, and presentation. They also offer a wide variety of desserts that can be customized to your liking, which is a fun touch if you want something a little different. We also tried one of their cakes and a latte—both hit the spot and complemented the sweet treats perfectly. I was so impressed with the overall vibe and service that I actually went back recently with my partner. It’s such a lovely spot for a casual date, a quiet reading nook, or even a cute little rendezvous. This place just has that soft charm that keeps you coming back.

great presentation, generous and delicious toppings, and the gelato is outstanding. very impressed at the quality here, especially compared with other dessert shops. the music is a touch loud, but otherwise this is a great little place!

Went there after lunch so we had the whole place to ourselves. We had Pistachio cheesecake, cappuccino and tiramisu coffee. They were really good. Customer service was awesome too.

I recently had the pleasure of trying Arctic Dessertz, and I must say, it was an incredible experience! The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, perfect for a sweet treat. I decided to try 4 dishes, which was a delightful combination of rich flavours. The creamy base was perfectly balanced with the crunchy toppings, and the presentation was stunning. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure my experience was enjoyable from start to finish. I also appreciated the variety of options available, catering to different tastes. Overall, Arctic Dessertz is a must-visit for anyone with a sweet tooth in Winnipeg. I can't wait to go back and try more of their delicious offerings!

We decided to try this place for the first time and so glad we did. My husband and I each tried a slice of Red Velvet Cake and shared a berry smoothie. The cake was different as it wasn't sweet like most red velvet cakes, it was finished off with drizzled white chocolate on it. The smoothie was so yummy. We will definitely be back. Wonderful atmosphere in the restaurant too.

This place is amazing! The staff is very welcoming and my order arrived within minutes. The cutlery and presentation were beautiful and the taste was even better than I expected. We will definitely keep coming back!

I recently tried the pistachio milk cake at Arctic Dessertz, and it was incredible! The cake was perfectly moist, with a rich pistachio flavor that wasn’t too overpowering. The milk cream frosting added just the right sweetness, and the texture was soft and light. Every bite was a treat! The presentation was beautiful, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. I can’t wait to come back and try more of their delicious desserts. Highly recommend!

Became one of my favourite shops in Winnipeg, everything is 10/10, from the food to the customer service. We had four flavours waffle, tiramisu cheesecake and vanilla-chocolate sundae and we loved every one of them. I loved the way they present the foods as well as the interior. Pretty close to bus stop too.
